O'STAROPT ultra-long WD interference objective for deep hole wall inspection

 Usually, white light interferometry is very easy to use for detecting the three-dimensional topography of external surfaces. How can we perform white light interferometry on the inner wall of a hole without destroying the integrity of the part?

   To address this, we designed a LINNIK interference objective lens with an ultra-long working distance, combined with an optical steering device, to achieve white light interferometry on the inner wall of deep holes.
